The Pre Sale Inspection is a program HomeWork developed from all of the experiences we have had from the inspectors list slowing down the closing process and tying up escrow, realtors, sellers and buyers with minor clean ups and repairs.
This program is a very simple procedure. Once the Agent decides a listing date, HomeWork will do a comprehensive inspection of the home before the date scheduled. We then make a list for the Agent and home owner to review. After the review, HomeWork will help resolve the deferred items noted.
This is a proven process that has saved the seller time but mostly money. The buyer likes to hear there are no items to delay closing and gives them the confidence to proceed with the purchase.
